HISTORY
PENINSULA® results from the effort of many years to find ways to bring innovative flavors to all the Ecuadorian´s kitchens. As well we want to take our flavors and have them present in kitchens and dishes all around the world.
In 2010 our company began to grow different agricultural products, mainly fruits and vegetables. In 2012, we ventured into the production of chilies or hot peppers (jalapeño and habanero), both with very good results, both in production and quality.
Thanks to the excellent fields and agricultural results, in 2013 a dream was born: Create and take to the table of all Ecuadorians and the world, products based on peppers produced in the Santa Elena Peninsula.
In 2020, we started the construction of our first factory and launched our first three hot pepper sauces. Sriracha , Jalapeño and Habanero.
PENINSULA® promises to enrich the Ecuadorian and international market with the flavors and smells that are produced in the soil of the Santa Elena Peninsula, Ecuador.
At the same time, position the sauces and condiments derived from Ecuadorian hot chilis, in the main international markets, as a reference of the highest standards of flavor and quality.
